bought a used 5000 this week. Today she arrived and filled the Fausto Monsooned Malabar full of expectation. Unfortunately, I just can't get a good espresso. The espresso is very sour, which is probably due to the short processing time. At present, this is approx. 5 seconds with the lowest grinding degree. Furthermore, the quantity of ground coffee varies widely without having changed anything. In the ramp also the coffee powder is partly "stuck" (possibly coffee powder too greasy?)
I simply don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone help?
