Siemens EQ500 no milk foam, only liquid milk

Hello
,my Siemens EQ 500 no longer produces milk foam, but only liquid milk.
I have already cleaned everything thoroughly and I have also tried a completely new nozzle with hose - unfortunately it has not helped. Only warm, liquid milk comes out.

Have read in another thread that the air valve (directly above the foamer?) Could be tight.
Where please is this valve located? I don't see it
Or does anyone have an idea what else might be causing it?
