Picobaristo deluxe saeco

At the time of purchase dispensed creamy coffee, now almost zero foam and watery coffee. I premise that I have always done descaling and cleaning of the brew group including due lubrication.
Does anyone have any idea what this might be due to?
The grind is set very fine but I noticed that the amount of coffee ground is always the same, whether for a double coffee or long coffee etc....

Yes, this is normal with this machine. After buying it from Saeco, Philips installed an inferior grinder which unfortunately wears out and doesn't grind properly.
