Hello together,

After two years the coffee machine was coming out of the cellar again. I was really looking forward to a delicious coffee, but unfortunately it doesn't work...

When I turn on the machine, it says DESCALING and WATER RESERVOIR EMPTY !

-> The only thing is that the water reservoir is full അ Does anyone have any advice for me? Furthermore I can't press any more buttons except Standby...
Would the machine decalcify anyway! Does the machine lock all buttons when the water tank is empty???

About Google I didn't find anything and hope you can help me..

The machine needs to be vented: Draw hot water under steam pipe until no more air comes.

No water: Check tank, float jammed?

So, now I have the problem that the machine wants to be ventilated !!! To be precise I press the hot water button but nothing happens unless there is hot water in the display !!! I can also do nothing other than standby..

I'm asking for your help, I don't know where to go...


Where is there a good repair shop near Essen (NRW) that can overhaul them??? What costs do I have to pay?

Had somebody also wanted to overhaul the machine privately? I'm a student and have only a limited purse (but who doesn't have that nowadays ;-)
