Experiences with Nivona 930

Only assembly equipment or bad equipment?
Bought a Nivoa 930 in June 2021. After about 6 weeks, hardly any coffee in the cup, but in the outlet tray, and below the device. Device complained, once returned to the dealer, twice sent to Nivona, because after return the same error occurred again within a very short time. Then I was able to persuade Nivona (stressful) to exchange the machine for a new one.
Now, almost exactly after the same period as the first machine, the same error reappears.
I take very good care of my machines, run all programs regularly, clean the brew group and run the machine with a filter. Have decalcified it anyway as well. Have set a medium grind. The taste of the coffee is super, the technology rather not.
