Incanto rondo no more coffee

Hello together,

I have a little problem here, our Incanto rondo there is no coffee anymore.
It behaves a bit strange.
If you switch it on cold, it immediately glows green at cup sysmbole and doesn't blink like normal when you heat it up.
Hot water comes and steam comes, but without glowing or blinking the steam button.

can it be that the temperature sensor is defective, because it already indicates that the Temp ok is but not ok ... has someone the value that the temperature sensor should have, mine has warm about 2.9 k
