Nothing works after descaling

After my second descaling of the Esperto fully automatic machine, the rinsing phase does not start and the water pump pumps endlessly into the void, the brew group does not return to its starting position. Nothing works. Nothing found on the Internet, nothing in the operating instructions either. Pulled the plug several times and pressed the on/off switch - suddenly, as if by magic, the rinsing phase starts. Everything is okay again. Heaven knows what helped.
