Coffee not only flows out of the spout

Hello,

Since a few days the coffee comes not only out of the 2 spout openings, but also along the back of the adjustable spout.
the brewing unit has been rinsed and lubricated.
I have punctured the spouts with a toothpick.
the machine has been cleaned with a coffee cleaning tablet.
but the problem persists.
what else can I do about it?
