Milk frother defective?- krups evidence ea8918

Moin friends of coffee enjoyment,

I hope you have some ideas/suggestions. Our beloved krups evidence ea8918 is increasingly capricious. A few cups come with the best milk foam, the next with warm milk... and that, although nothing was changed. Same milk, etc..... and it doesn't do anything. All you can do is talk her into it. I'd appreciate it if you guys had any ideas.
