Hello,
Recently my dear VA turns a cup of coffee into just an espresso, and always shows the flashing drop with refill although the container is full.......

I cleaned the brewing group but that didn't help...I really don't know...can anyone help me?????? that would be soooooo great

Hello Ela,

have you ever tried decalcifying the machine?
I read that you wrote that water comes out of the nozzle but in my opinion the machine has 2 different hot water systems so for the Kaff a boiler and for the hot water or the steam a water heater.
Then I think the boiler will be calcified.

Then it was really time or you have too weak decalcifier.

You should decalcify early enough if you have so hard water.

Beauty if a problem is so easy to solve !!
