Jura ENA 8 Water on the underside of the drip tray

Hello,

I bought an ENA 8 two weeks ago and have had the problem from the very beginning that water always forms under the water riser tray and then runs out from underneath.
It looks like it always forms in the rear corner. I sent photos to Jura and they said that I was pulling the tray out incorrectly or that the tray was too full. A technical defect has been ruled out.


My parents have the previous model, I've been there twice this week and everything is definitely dry.

Does anyone here know the problem?
It's not my first Jura and the problem happens even when the bowl is half full and everything is rubbed dry beforehand.
