That hardly anyone answers you might be because you don't reveal how to help you. The "correct" measure would now be an insulation measurement of the components in question such as heating and solenoid valves with the appropriate measuring device, as every specialist electrical workshop has to have by law. I don't suppose that's the case with you.
A picture of the strangeness you found at the heating connection would also be helpful.
Although it is due to the heater, you can also determine in the exclusion procedure:
-plug out of the socket!
-the two plugs of the heating coil on the boiler, where you have seen the cracked ceramic, unplug and carefully insulate e.g. by wrapping with cardboard and tape.
-machine in operation. Of course it won't be able to heat and will only produce cold coffee, but if it's due to the heating, the FI will stay in it now.
In all likelihood you'll have to replace the heating coil. This must be done professionally, otherwise you will not enjoy it for long if the sealing is not done correctly or the heating spiral is not held against when screwing and thus twisted in itself.
