Purchase decision: DeLonghi ESAM 3000 B oke?

Hello,

I would like to give my daughter a fully automatic coffee machine as she has moved into a new apartment. I myself have the Saeco Royal and am completely satisfied with her after many, many years.

For my daughter, one in the price range up to ~ 350€ ago.
I have been looking for the DeLonghi ESAM 3000 B on the Internet for some time now.
For me was positive that...
+ 3 years warranty
+ good to very good ratings
+ good (2.3) test
+ good functions

Now my question:

1) Is this (preliminary) decision the right one?
2) Are there other recommended products in this price range?
3) Your experiences with the machine?
Please help me further, as I would like to prepare a properly "beautiful" gift, and no disappointment for my daughter.
