Decalcification program does not work

Hello all,

I am currently struggling with a Delonghi Café Venezia. I would like to descale this one. I am following the instructions exactly, however the descaling process will not start.

I.e. I press the appropriate button for 5 seconds, get the feedback that the device is in Entkmodus and then open the feed to the milk foamer. Unfortunately, the process then stops at this point. Normally the water should now run out through the milk skimmer.

Does anyone know the problem and can help?

Otherwise the machine works fine.
