The first thing I did after my vacation was to descale the machine. The pump became louder and "choppier" as it ran through the coffee nozzle, but water was still coming through. In step 2 "Run with clean water", the water ran once more into the drip tray, and when it was supposed to be pumped through the coffee nozzle, only loud, choppy "pumping attempts" were made. These stop after 10 seconds and the message "Filling water tank" is displayed. When I switch the machine off completely and then on again, it starts the 2nd cleaning step with the same aborted result. Does anyone have an idea and a tip for self-repair? My idea is that something is clogged somewhere, but why does the flow to the drip tray and probably also to the hot water nozzle still work? Does anyone also have any tips on where I can find a layout plan once the problem has been identified
