CR680 Powder chute clogged

Hi Community,

I have a problem with my 4 week old CR680.a few days ago the machine reported that the bean container was empty and did not grind. The hopper was not empty, I filled it up and the message remained. After some searching I found out that the shaft between the grinder and powder feeder was clogged with coffee. I fumbled out the powder and everything went fine again. After about 6 cups of coffee I checked the shaft, it was already about 5 grams of coffee there.
I get coffee, 120ml, strength 2/5
