Siemens EQ9 S500 is stuck in the program

Hello everyone,

My Simens EQ9 S500 stopped delivering water.
So I opened the machine and quickly found the fault, a calcified heating element.

When I switched it on again, the machine wanted to carry out a special rinse. So I ran the program, but I can't complete it.
Perhaps one of you knows this error and could give me a solution?

Cleaning or replacing the flowmeter should remedy the situation.
