only half coffee after cleaning

Hello and good morning,
I cleaned my Cafamosa yesterday and wanted to make a coffee afterwards. The pump started, but first there was no coffee (the first part landed in the drip tray), but as the last third the actual coffee came almost pure. The pomace smells (and feels) quite unused. Is it a blockage (possibly solved by cleaning?), a defective seal, or the electronics?
Bin helpless and extremely grateful for further help.
