Grundig kva4830 Thermoblock defective?

All keys flash, pump is running

Hello everyone,

We have a Grundig Kva4830 at work

The machine flushes when you turn it on, then all the buttons flash.
If you start hot water, only cold water comes out.
If you want to get a coffee, beans are ground, the brewing unit moves, but no coffee comes.

If I put the thermosensor in hot water, the buttons stop flashing, but still no coffee comes out.

When I measure, I have no current on the thermoblock.

How can I proceed?
