Milk foam temperature too low

Hello, I plan to buy a fully automatic coffee machine from Siemens. The machine EQ.6 plus s700. In the Internet it is often written that the milk foam is only lukewarm. Has anyone had any experience with this whether or not that's true?
Or someone can recommend me another one that makes hot good milk foam. Since we drink a lot of cappuccino, the machine has to make good milk foam. It should also be easy to clean and the brew group should be removable.
