Philips 2200 no longer does anything

Good evening,

I hope I can get help here.
My Philips 2200 coffee machine comes on but makes no noise when it starts. As soon as I select a coffee program. The machine stops the process after a few seconds.
When I remove the water container, the machine does not recognize this.
