Drive runs overspeed

Hello coffee friends!

Problem
:- The drive shaft is overtightened and the machine shows the error with the alternating flashing beans.
- Error occurs more often when 2-3 cups have been prepared. Then it helps to leave the machine switched off and let it cool down. Moisture?

Solution:
- Replace all microswitches
.


Result:
- Error still occurs sporadically
.

- I have measured the switches. They switch perfectly.
