I have disassembled my machine as I've noticed some flies coming out of it sad.gif
After assembling everything back together the machine won't get in a steady state.
The wheel is turning to the right, gets stopped, and turns back to the left.
At this point all the beans leds are blinking.
I've tried setting the white wheel in every possible way and position. It feels like no matter how much it turns to one side, it's just not enough

Here is the wheel I'm referring to:

Here is how I set it (this is probably the right direction as the other part fits only in this way)

However, I wasn't able to find a position in which the machine will start, starting from the right most and turning it just a bit every time, nothing sticks.

Could you please be more specific?
What disks/cam are you referring to?

They are still connected, I've moved them away because I had to open and close the lid and didn't want to set and remove them each time.
So you think the connection of one of them might be the reason for this? everything looks ok as far as the wiring goes

The switches like to make problems sometimes. In the video were none installed. Hence the question.

I've set them back it looks like the endless turning is over
However, the machine is still not getting into a ready state and now all bean LEDs are flashing
I get set the white wheel somewhere in the middle and set the external wheel the same as in the image you shared
