Caffeo ci water in spout/powder dry

Hello dear community,

I despair slowly really on the part.(Melitta Caffeo Ci
) After half is always landed in the drip tray and the powder was more slush than powder, I have now decided for the second time to change the drainage valve. Has the first time already worked well at that time.

But this time I have the problem that not one drop comes, but everything runs through this expansion chamber into the bowl????. What could be the reason for this again?
PS.: The powder is dry as dust again ???? just like my cup ????

Drain valve installed wrong? Have you got the bottom part in the right way round?

Hey hey hab's now disassembled again and I'm probably the Mitnahmerad fallen out when assembling or slipped. Have it then made again and now it goes again like new.????
