No water from tank

Unfortunately I didn't decalcify for a long time...wanted to do that now because no more coffee or liquid comes from my Delonghi Primadonna Avant. Decalcifying program switched on, but no water gets through, but he doesn't give an error message, but pretends to decalcify... unless the device gets very hot, there's nothing... Can anyone please help me?

Where does the water pump to? into the drip tray? if there's no water there, the pump will probably be over. Yes, even if she obviously pumps ! biggrin.gif
