Saeco Incanto Sup021 does not charge water.

Good morning, I was given two Incanto Sup021, stopped for a long time, to check and maintain. Let me preface this by saying that I am not a technician but a simple do-it-yourself enthusiast.
One of the two right from the start did not charge water, the corresponding indicator light remained on and the pump noise was not heard.
The other one, on the other hand, was charging water but after a cleaning and related descaling at first charged water as before but now, even with the tank full, the warning light stays on and like the other one the pump does not start and the circuit does not fill up.
I should add that out of readiness, although not recommended, I used an aceto-water mix in a 1:3 proportion. Did I do it wrong?
What could be the cause of the water not filling up?
Can you give me some tips to solve the problem?
