Hello Forum,
said in advance, the Melitta Solo E950-222 is now just over 7 years old, has more than 20,000 covers and it was regularly changed all seals of the brew group, as well as the drainage valve, b.z.w also the seals of it renewed. As now completely last these days.
What seems strange to me is a wet spot in the area where the brew group sits.
More precisely, when the brew group is out, left down in the corner.
So not just since this overhaul, but rather for years.
Has me honestly never bothered, because it is "only" damp (so mold danger), which is then just made clean and good.
For condensation, however, it is rather too much and for that there is something rausspritz too little.
Bottom left is yes at the installed brew group the inlet. But this seal is of course also replaced regularly.
Long story short. Is it generally normal that this place is always a little wetter, or just abnormal because, for example, this inlet nozzle of the brew group has a hairline crack that you can not see with the naked eye?
