If it's those orange packets, then yes.

No, it's blue bottle. Ingredients: organic acids, including citric acid, dye.

I found on the internet that the ingredients of lime fix is sulfamic acid and citric acid. I ask because the device can not be descaled and it runs water somewhere down. Is this due to wrong descaler?

Do not use citric acid or vinegar.
The one with sulfamic acid /amidosulfanoic acid is ok.

Do not use citric acid, not even as a mix. This can cause additional deposits in the device.

Only use pure amidosulfonic acid, such as ceragol Premium Descaler.
