Jura ENA 8 maintenance

Hello, my name is Nico and I live in a small village near Breda (NL) My Jura ENA 8 is dirty on the inside and I want to clean it thoroughly. Jura does not provide information. Does anyone know how to remove the side cover? Thanks in advance.

Did you ever figure this out? I can't find any information and after 5 months, my ENA 8 is already sputtering.

Thank you! My Ena 8 has started sputtering and will only dispense milk drinks, but straight espresso or doppio, it won't even dispense. It's very hard to get a hold of JURA support, so I thought I'd take a look inside myself. Thanks for the help!
