Hello everyone, I have to ask if anyone has had problems with the repair service of Melitta! My Barista T F730 201 had the problem of coffee inside the bowl ran! Since I had no patience to disassemble the I sent the fixed price 169.00 euros, machine came back, still stood a time because my girlfriend ran her machine ... sometime we have exchanged and my Barista ran again Max a week... same problem and again machine sent in, again came after 9 days the message machine sent! Again it took until I unpacked the machine and took in operation! This time ran the 3 weeks! I again label requested, to the post office and immediately on the 2nd day after receipt (previously both repairs have been done). Day after entrance (before both repairs lasted 9 days) I get pictures that the machine is moldy with once! Everything in an extent that 3 weeks are not enough! Especially brazenly the statement "insufficient care!" the is decalcified, there runs cleaner through, the is wiped out, the grinder is cleaned and left overnight to dry outside!
I ask myself the questions whether they have not checked the machine before, where the mold comes from ... and very important ... has anyone experienced something similar? To me, all this just does not seem "Koscha" as they say in the vernacular!
