Jura F9 milk foam

Hello everyone, and a happy new year!
Our Jura f9 fizzes and bubbles when drawing milk foam for example latte.
It also comes out abnormally much water vapor from the slots in the housing.
Does anyone know of this problem, and could help us fix it?

What kind of F9 are we talking about. An old one with the touch display and buttons on the left or the new model?
If it is an old I would renew times the outlet valve or disassemble and look.
As far as I know, the new has no electric ceramic valve, so I would also renew the outlet valve or disassemble times and see if the tappet is broken.

This is the f9 in piano black. It doesn't have the touch display.
