Fill Up Pipe Sys - continual in Neff C7660

The machine continually has 'fill up pipe sys' message. Pressing Cafe (as per normal fix for this) doesn't resolve as it just continually pumps water through into tray. So, it appears that something is not causing the machine to either pressurise or know that the pipes are full. It seems that the valve (the internal spring loaded one) doesn't get shut off so it just pumps water to the overflow/tray pipes.
I've got another machine too and have swapped just about every part over so really don't know what would be causing it.
Thoughts welcome and appreciated!

Resolved - lack of pressure from pump via hoses (despite hoses filling correctly).
