No coffee

No more coffee comes

Hello, got a used machine as a gift. Machine cleaned, descaled, 2 coffee pulled, 1 latte made and then it was out the mouse. Just no more coffee comes out. Coffee is ground. Machine starts, but nothing comes out. Hot water and steam work. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
