Krups EA 9010

Hello, maybe someone can help me. I get error code 001 on my Krups EA9010 coffee machine,
. What have I already tried? Disconnected from the power supply for several hours. Then the menu went very briefly, then I descaled the machine. Then I ran the cleaning program with a tablet, which it almost finished, but then got stuck at the 3rd minute of the remaining program and then reported error code 001. When the machine is switched on again, the 3rd minute of the remaining cleaning program is displayed, it also starts briefly, but then immediately displays error code 001 again.
What could be the reason? Does anyone have any ideas?
