Siemens EQ7 fault

Hi, I have a Siemens EQ7 which has worked perfectly for years. It gets cleaned & de-calced regularly.
All of a sudden, when selecting any coffee, the process begins and the beans are ground. Then, instead of the process continuing, the machine stops and the display recents to the ‘select coffee’ screen.
I’ve removed the brewing unit and other internal parts which clip out, and given it all a thorough clean, but the problem seems to be electronic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
