Brew group is stuck

Hello everyone, maybe someone can help me
We have inserted the wrong coffee grounds container (from the old coffee machine) into the Dinamica Ecam356.57B and now the brew group is stuck and nothing works anymore.
Who of you can save my weekend?

Hello, without manually turning the side walls and the brewing drive upwards. It won't work. Screws are Torx-TR, almost no normal household has them. Ask friends and acquaintances.
