Hello, who can give me a hint?

Own a Krups Espresseria Automatic Premium, Series EA 69xx (not included in the machine setup above) and have problems with cleaning. After throwing in the cleaning tablet and the start of the cleaning process, the first surge comes into the collecting vessel and the remaining water runs for approx. 7 minutes into the water collection system. The cleaning tablet lands unused in the coffee powder tablet container.
I assume that cleaning will not take place. How can I fix it? blink.gif
