Siemens EQ.7 - only "Restart"

Hello - I have problems with my Siemens EQ.7
Does not display an error code every time the machine is switched on, but only "restart"
The service menu does not display an error in the test (water brewing unit up / down - heat etc.).
Help please ...

Did any of you found a solution?
I have the same problem with my eq7plus z series. After running the clac&clean I got the message to restart the appliance. It kept going in this loop, a restart did not help, it just tried to continue cleaning but again displayed restart the appliance.

What I did was a factory restart, hoping this would be the solution. But now it only starts, shows the Siemens logo, stays quit and displays restart the appliance. It just worked ones on purpose, hoping it only was a software problem the next day the machine starts up, shows the Siemens logo,stays quit and displays restart appliance. LEDs go on by pushing the on/off button, no blinking and go out after the Siemens logo appears.

Hope you can help me find a solution!

Experienced the same thing during Calc¨n'Clean. After Factory Reset nothing happened. I unplugged the device for 1 hour and the issue was gone after plugging it in again.
