Siemes EQ 6 coffee brew very loose

Hello everybody !

Since last Saturday I'm owner of a Siemens EQ 6 - 100 and I
noticed that the coffee brew
falls into the bowl
quite loosely
compared to my predecessor model
(Delongi)
.

With the old machine there were always nice

round pieces.

What could

be

the

problem ?
