Frothing

The Aüfschäumer only splashes, no foam comes. After strong descaling and cleaning the frother, it worked the first time I used it and then again no longer.
Have repeated this process several times and always the same problem.
Who can give me a tip.

Most likely, it is due to outlet valve. For this, the machine must open.
