Jura S8 - Frother System won't move milk

Hello!

I have purchased a JURA S8.

I took it out of the box and starting going through the initial setup. I got to "cleaning the milk system" and the machine is making a clicking sound but no cleaning solution is being sucked up the tube.

I have washed and rewashed everything, taken apart the fine foam frother mechanism and cleaned it - no luck.

The machine only has the white milk tube connectors, not the black one. Is this correct?

Any advice?

I'm in Mississippi, as far as I know there are no Jura repair shops within 1000 miles lol

Hello! Did you resolve your problem? It's happenign the same on my A9 Impressa. I had it stored for 4 years, cleaned it everyhting works except Milk is not flowing or being sucked/
