Siemens EQ6 plus S300 no longer grinds

Hello,
I have the following problem with our fully automatic Siemens EQ6 plus S300: When making a coffee, there were strange noises in the grinder. However, the brewing process was still completed. Since then, all drinks that require a grinder no longer work. The message 'Dispensing aborted' appears. However, the machine still works completely with requirements from the powder compartment. Replacing the grinder does not improve the situation. The same error code appears. However, the new grinder was not operated with beans so that it could be replaced and the cover of the machine was not fitted. The side contact switches were bridged. It seems as if the grinder is not activated at all. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

A stone has probably blocked the grinder and the overload will have destroyed an electronic component on the circuit board.
