I hope I can find a suitable answer here. The following problem... I started the Calc'n'Clean program yesterday and at some point the message came up: Fill water without carbonic acid or remove filter. So I refilled water - without success. I took the water tank up briefly and put it up - no success. We have no filter installed with us just for information. Is also turned off in the menu.

As soon as I turn off the machine and restart the message comes: Rinse and fill water tank. Then I press START. Next comes the message: Device is being rinsed after service interruption. You can hear the pump working. Unfortunately, however, not a drop of water comes out the front (where the coffee comes out) and the drip tray has but after the cycle at once water in the basin. Also under the machine is suddenly a small lake - where the water comes from I can not say...

After this message then follows at some point the message: Fill water without carbonic acid or remove filter. I do get into the menu with the menu button and can change everything, but unfortunately it does nothing. No matter what setting it does not want.

Then I scoured several threads here and started with something simple. I looked at the strainer under the water tank. Everything was fine. Then I removed the side panel and saw the flowmeter with the two hoses. Cleaned both hoses and the flowmeter too.

I also went into the service menu and did the pump test. There it says 50ml/ and it levels out at 0.7ml.
