Hello, attached a few pictures to open a Krups Nespresso Citiz.

This machine let water flow into the capsule container. Leaks due to lime and coffee deposits at the capsule group.
Removal and immersion of the capsule group in citric acid has helped.

The 6 "rivets" at the bottom are screws that can be unscrewed with appropriate pliers and tight grip. Then you can open the small flap at the bottom / at the back from outside. Disconnect cables and hoses.

Now the base can be removed.

Carefully lever up the side parts from below. Attention, the noses reach far around in front.
Now loosen the "roof" (with the buttons). This is clipped in place with 4 clips near the lever.
It can then be removed upwards, the cable does not have to be disconnected.

Now remove the capsule group - 4 Torx screws from above.
pressure hose rear - pull off clamp.

I have now given the capsule group a hot citric acid bath, assembled everything in reverse order and ... The power switch can be lifted slightly from the rear / bottom with a flat instrument and then pushed out to the rear. This may be necessary to get the plug back in ;-)

Many success

Hello

Thanks for the report.
For the screws there is also a special oval head wrench insert for 5.69€ at Ama... .
The side parts I would not lever out with the screwdriver because the plastic is damaged it also goes simply by pulling from the lower edge.
