NEFF C7660N1/04 Descaling

Machine flushes and no longer stops

Hello all!

I tried to descale my NEFF C7660N1/04 (has worked in the past without problems). At some point, the Geärt gets stuck in its program and rinses without starting the next step.
After about 1 h of rinsing, I turned the unit off and restarted. The unit still indicates it is calcified. Two more attempts after that also failed. Resetting the device (according to the instructions) does not help to fix the problem.

Can anyone of you help?
