Hello from Switzerland
My ECAM 23.210 is bucking, the brewing group is often a few millimetres too high, so that it can only be removed with difficulty.
Coffee cannot be made more often, the temperature light is on, but that's all it can do. Then remove the power plug and wait about an hour. After that, everything will work again, but only for coffee... After the coffee is taken out, the machine will not be rinsed and the red warning triangle will light up constantly. The brew group lift moves up and down, the levers are then positioned so that the brew group cannot be removed (must be interlocked for removal).
The machine behaves as if no brewing group had been inserted.
The brew group lift levers are smooth, there's nothing wrong with that. O-rings on brewing group and brewing piston are also replaced.
I think the brew group lift positions have got mixed up, strangely enough the machine occasionally works perfectly. Does anyone know advice on what else to try?
