Brewing unit Magnifica S does not return

Hello everybody
,Since 3 weeks I own a Magnifica s and enjoy my cappuccino every day. Today it wanted to be whitewashed. I did everything according to instructions and wanted to make a cappuccino in the afternoon. The warning triangle lit up again, the grinder warned, but the coffee fell beside it. Then I saw that the brewing group apparently didn't go back. What can
I do? Best

Hello, Bianca,

what type of "Magnifica S" do you have - ECAM22.110? if you
have the machine only 3 weeks and already want it to be descaled, it is probably a used machine -
right?

has damaged

the brewhouse
