Insert water outlet ESAM 5500

Hello,

I have been repairing ESAM 5500 every now and then and had no problems until now :-)


Now I have an ESAM 5500 and I get the following error message:

insert water outlet

The micro switches in the front (all 2x) work according to the measurementThe micro switch on the brewing piston also worksCables are ok, and the plug of the power board looks ok, tooMy
father had
a new power board at home, the CODE of the old board checked and is the same. So I changed the board and the error is still there
What could be the reason? Help.......:-(

Have you ever used a small screwdriver to operate the microswitch when it is turned on? If the message then disappears, it is because of your water outlet
. Maybe something has broken off?
