ESAM 3000.B does not brew or clean

Hello, coffee lovers,

As a newbie I need your expert advice for my DeLonghi ESAM 3000 B. Unfortunately I did not find my problem in the forum. I just can't get any coffee out of my machine.

It started with suddenly too short grinding processes where very little coffee was ground as set. In the meantime it grinds again as it should be, only this is then compressed and then immediately thrown out again and the ! and coffee grounds LEDs flash. The pump will not start. However, when it is switched on and off, it runs perfectly.
When I press the manual cleaning program no water runs out or the pump remains silent and the cleaning cycle repeats it endlessly (without water) until I press the off button. Then it cleans again as usual with water (the pump also sounds OK
) and goes off.
The steam and the hot water also work
fine. Does
anyone have any advice for me what the problem is

Today my reedplate arrived. 15 min later it was installed and Eureka! There is coffee again.

I was a bit sceptical, because the grinding position and parking position were always found, but apparently the machine was tilted and sent wrong or no signals, so the machine thought there was no powder in the brewing unit.
