No steam no hot water

Hello screwdriverThe machine makes coffee but there is no steam or hot water. The steam heater is ok, 54ohm, water (air blown through) comes through. Front solenoid valve clicks when the hot water button is turned on. Switching solenoid valve on the steam heater solenoid coil has ohmic passage. I cannot feel (with my finger) if the valve switches. I don't know any more wacko.gifwacko.gif
Can anyone help me

I found the cause, the solenoid valve on the flow heater was stuck and the hose from the solenoid valve to the front solenoid valve was blocked.
Now the EAM 3500s works again as it should:rolleyes:
